With the compact size, and the fact that it is cool and quiet I highly recommend. Plug and play?? (12 November 2008)It plugged in - but that was it. Little blue light and a clicking noise. No docs with unit. No help from manufacturer. Am returning to Amazon with a view to purchasing product from another manufacturer - can anyone suggest a reliable back up drive? most helpful storage device yet..
