| | Customer Reviews: Great Product poor aftersale (29 July 2010)I bought the recorder and am extremely pleased with it. It has an enormous memory and is very easy to use... BUT try to register the item with Sony and the website does not recognise the model number... Try to get Sony to answer an e-mail asking for assistance, and they ignore me. Shame on you Sony! Asbo neighbours (27 July 2010)This item was faulty so I had to return it and get a refund. When I pressed "record", it played what was on it instead. This was extremely annoying because I get a lot of verbal abuse from a neighbour and I bought this product to record what she said. On one occasion I was outside talking to a friend and this neighbour approached us in an aggressive manner and started to verbally abuse me again. So I pressed the "record" button to record her but it played instead. This neighbour heard what I had previously recorded and stormed off. This meant I missed a very good opportunity to record her. That is why I do not give this item a good rating Voice recorder (27 July 2010)Great little machine which does exactly what it says on the tin. If you want to record a Beethoven Symphony then don't buy this but if you want a simple memo machine to record aunt Nellie telling you about the family history for your notes then this is well worth it. That's what I purchased it for and it does the job superbly. And you get three hours so Aunt Nellie can take her time over several cups of tea...... pre-PC granny technology! (21 July 2010)You cannot connect the device to a computer so for this point alone, it's very disappointing. When I bought it I thought that this is a proper voice recording device, better than the mp3 player I have that also does recordings. I turned it back as it completely doesn't serve my purpose. I stick to my old mp3 player SanDisk Sansa Clip+ 8GB MP3 Player with Radio and Expandable MicroSD/SDHC Slot - Black - small and mighty, easily transferable. This is granny technology! Do not buy (12 July 2010)This was so dissapointing.You hear all the background and strain to listen to the voices you are wishing to record. I would not buy this product I wish I could have my money back. |
