| ![]() | Customer Reviews:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Faulty Memory Stick (23 September 2008)The card I received arrived promptly and packaged correctly but it is faulty. About 75% of the photos are great but the rest are corrupted and I never know which ones will end up being corrupted. Many look fine in thumb nail format but when you open them up half the photo is stripes or similar. Others are totally corrupted and can't be viewed at all. I don't use my camera that often so didn't notice the problem until after our family holiday and of course it is now too late to get a refund/ replacement so an all round disaster!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() great (10 September 2008)I purchased this product for my digital camera a few weeks ago and found it brilliant, haven't stored much yet but it suggests i have a lot of memory left. Very pleased with the product so far. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Are they flimsier than the ones Sony package with the psp's? (22 August 2008)I have bought a 2gb, and the 4gb version of the cards. I bought my most recent 4gb on the 20th May 2008. But already my 4gb has snapped at the end it is still usable but, i have had 2 of these replacements and they always snap within a year. whereas the original memory stick pro duo i received with my psp (gold writing) is still very much intact and extremely strong. I recommend this product but be careful with them or they may not last! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Fake card - Won't work on PSP properly (19 August 2008)I bought this as I needed a larger card for my PSP. I've since realised it's a fake. The card has begun to split open and MagicGate is not supported (so it won'r work properly with the PSP). DON'T BUY IT. Buy from a reputable seller (Amazon directly, or another well known trader)...yes it may be £10 more, but it will last and work properly. I have contacted the seller for a refund, but so far no reply has been forth-coming. It's amazing how Amazon still let these guys trade on their website. I will report them to Sony and Trading Standards ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Don't bother with the others (06 August 2008)Bought this along with my Sony DSC-W200 as it has 12.1 mega pixels the size of the images is relatively large so I needed large capacity storage. I have had it for over twelve months now & even when taking it on holidays have not managed to fill it. I have had no problems with it & would recommend it to anyone with a similar camera or indeed any device that requires storage of large files. |
