Customer Reviews:

Holds more pictures than I can take!! (16 March 2010)
It does what it say on the tin, so to speak. It holds many, many pictures.

An 8gb card what more could you say (14 March 2010)
This is a SanDisk 8gb SDHC card HC being high capacity and nothing more. It requires a device of newish manufacture which can recognise more than 4gb of storage, be aware that not all can, check before you buy.
It is reasonably quick, but since buying I have learned of the 6 different SD style memory speeds. I think this is the lower variety which in use took about 1 second to save a 12mp photograph between shots, this might be an issue taking quick shots in sucession but I did not see it as a disadvantage. My next SD card will be better researched and I think I'll go for one of the faster versions, even tho' they cost about 5 times as much.
As an 8gb card it hods a huge number of shots, about 560 12MP photos and a couple of short HD 16:9 videos took 2gb on a weeks holiday so this should last for a good 2-3000 pictures with no problems.

  SanDisk 8GB SDHC (14 March 2010)
I bought this card for my camera (PANASONIC LUMIX) as I was going on holiday and wanted loads of memory as I always run out, It worked fine in my camera but once there were a lot of pics on it they were slow to show back on the view screen but with so mutch memory I just took couple of extra shots if I wasn't sure and reviewed them when I got home on the pc instead. Another thing worth mentioning is that although my card reader in my laptop reads the card no problem, my external card reader I have attached through the USB to my pc wont read it ? and my mother tried the card in her camera and it would only take a pic if the settings were changed in her camera ?
I will buy more as its done wat I wanted and was very cheap but check compatability of any devices you wish to use it on online first as some struggle with it.

cheer's ally.....

  Sandisk SDHC card 8GB (12 March 2010)
I wanted to use the 8GB card with a Veho SD/MMC/RS - MMC USB card reader. I tried to download a picture from my hard disc but the download was excessively slow. The computer quoted 2 hours as against the less than 1 minute for my ordinary pen drive.
Clearly this setup is no substitute for a real pen drive.

  sandisc 8GB (12 March 2010)
Arrived quickly I bought 2 of these as they are such good value, I can now take loads of pics and not worry about running out of disc space.
