Voice recorder (25 April 2010)I found this device entirely useless, as I wanted to use it with a Dragon speech dictation system to be loaded onto my laptop using Vista, but the system has rejected it as providing inadequate sound quality. Good sound quality. Awkward to use. (30 March 2010)This is an excellent product in many ways. The sound quality is excellent. It picks up words when my tutor is talking to his shirt buttons with no trouble at all. However it is a bit "faffy" to use. A lot of things to push in the right sequence to get it to work, which is great if you are in a well lit room but nigh on impossible in a darkened lecture hall. On 3 occasions I have had to take the batteries out as it wouldn't stop recording, it didn't lose the files though so it wasn't a major headache. It comes complete with the cable attachment to download the files to PC which is the big plus of this brand as with some of the cheaper ones that has to be purchased separately. All in all I would recommend this product, esp to the more technically dextrous. Very handy (23 March 2010)I bought this item for conducting some research, ive had a play with it and it is really clear and has a nice tone! really good product, and so easy to put on itunes!!!!! smallest ever usb cable however but it is just about long enough! over all really nice product! very light! |
