(11 July 2010)I bought this phone because my old phone had packed in but I chose this one because in the tech. specs. it stated it had EGSM 900/1800 & GSM 850/1900 with EDGE support and I need a phone for both Europe and Canada. It is a single band phone EGSM 900/1800, the description is incorrect! It works fine for Europe and I kept it because I desperately needed a phone but now I need another one for Canada. Change the description. It doesn't work in south america (12 June 2010)Amazon: please make clear to your clients that this cellphone only works in Europe. I'm now stuck with two cellphones I can't use. Good Value (08 June 2010)Purchased this as a bit of a stop gap for my hubby whose mobile had just bit the dust but it actually turned out to be a great purchase. We looked for a flip phone because the screen on his last phone had taken a bit of a been hammering and this one looked stylish with clear readout on the flip cover. The phone might not come with all the usual bells and whistles, the ringtones and camera are limited but it is a very discrete little phone, very robust, has a large key pad for ease of use and represents great value for the price so I reckon he will be happy to keep it for a while yet. |
