Excellent USB Drive (24 October 2008)I've had this device for about 6 months. It works perfectly on all the PCs I use, including Win 2000, Win XP and Vista. I've had no problems with it at all; I find it fast on all the file types I've transferred. The 3rd party software that comes with it is on a trial basis only. I thought the absence of a neckstrap was a bit mean, but it is a high quality product in every respect. Highly recommended. Another good freecom product (18 September 2008)Owning other Freecom drives and having good past experience with them my first choice when buying a USB stick was Freecom. I bought two of these to take advantage of free freight. To use it really is as simple as plugging it into the USB port and start copying files accross. The unit is a good size and weight and it has a feel of quality about it. The second USB stick was for my uncle, being somewhat of a technophobe he had no problem getting his head around the simple process of backing up his small amounts of data to his stick. |
