  Excellent workout (23 August 2010)
Excellent game, work outs are brilliant. Have only been using it for 4 days and am very impressed with the level of workout and i cant wait for my next workout day! I wish i had bought this sooner. Only thing i wish it had like some other wii games is the weight and bmi monitor. Cannot fault it otherwise.

Buy this if your looking for a good work out you can do at home!

Superb - a bargain compared with gym prices!! (17 August 2010)
I bought this to do alongside my healthy-eating plan and I have to say I am thoroughly enjoying it. There are a whole host of exercises to keep you interested, encouragement from the trainer and you can take off any exercises you aren't keen on, choose the intensity and you get rest days too.
I have to say that I couldn't move on days two and three, although I still did the exercises - I think my muscles were in shock as they hadn't been used for some time! I am making quick progress though and still enjoying it - dare I say looking forward to it?!
My daughter, who never holds back on her opinion of my figure, says I have "definitely shrunk" so this is good news!
I feel firmer and livlier and would recommend this highly - 100 times better than Fitness Coach!

Better than Wii Fit (11 August 2010)
I was going to buy this game a while ago but was put off as my sister had it and said it was 'rubbish'. Having used the Wii Fit for a few months twice daily and not seen any changes in my weight i decided to give this a go after reading the reviews!
I am very glad i did! i really felt like i had exercised unlike with the WiiFit. Built up a good sweat and felt like i had done a good work out.
I agree that sometimes there is a delay with the avatar picking up your movements but not a massive problem just needed to wiggle the remote. Good news is I appear to be a natural inline skater ;-) i think the 'tricks' i pulled off were just a result of my arms waving about when jumping but still good fun.
The best thing about it is the variety of exercises and the way you arent doing one thing for a long time, if there was a long section of lunges then arm exercises then all the aerobics in one go i would be put off as i know i wouldnt get through it but this has short bursts of each exercise type and before you know it you're done!! Love it & would recommend it!

Really good work out (07 August 2010)
I got this game to use as part of a training regiem when I couldn't get to the gym. It's really good, it makes you do all the moves correctly and as long as you do it right you will feel the benifit. You get to choose what trainer you have, I haven't had the male yet but the female trainer has a slightly patronising american accent.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good work out at home

EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer (Wii) (27 July 2010)
Great game/workout with a variety of excersises that can easily be done in the living room. The 30 day challenge with the personal trainer is pretty cool too - the intensity levels could be a bit harder.
